Sterling Day Spa, the product of hard work by countless dedicated individuals, originally began with Sterling Massage School in Addison, where our expert massage therapy instructors are renowned for their skill in passing on their extensive knowledge of the massage therapy field to our students.

Since conquering our mission in the world of Massage Therapy, we decided to move upward in widening our scope of practice to include a complete variety of Day Spa Services, making it a ‘One Stop Relax!’ for our clients.

We now offer a multitude of Day Spa Services that include Facials, Body Treatments (Vichy Shower, Wraps, Scrubs), Airbrush Tanning, Infrared Sauna, Waxing and more.
